All services in Option E.
All other authors (2nd author, 3rd author, 4th author, etc.) will receive a hard copy journal book, hard copy board member certificate, and hard copy publication certificate in one maling package mailed to 1st author or payment author. 
All other authors (2nd author, 3rd author, 4th author, etc.) become editorial review board members (Ph.D. or assistant professor or above) and receive both E-certificate and hard copy of membership certificate.
